u12-18 Premier teams compete in local (in state) Club USAV and AAU tournaments with an overall goal of bettering their skills without the commitment to out of state travel.  

• League Tournament
  • Premier League: January - May,  a series of single or 2 day events in the "Sacramento Area". League is challenging but not as competitive as Power League.
• Special Events
  • President's Day: 3 day event in San Jose Area on President's Day Weekend
  • Other Special Nor Cal Tournaments: Team will usually attend 1 additional tournament in Nor Cal
  • Far Westerns: Late April, Early May 3 day USAV National Qualifier in Reno
• Internal Scrimmages
• Practices 2 days a week (Both Folsom Locations will primarily be used an occasional practice may be schedule at Sport Court) 
• Head Coach. Assistant Coach on most teams
• AAU and NCVA membership required
• Grades 6th-12th
• Cost is $2200-$2500 for the Season, includes custom uniform kit
