**Schedule isn't posted yet.  it is to be expected by the Wednesday before the tournament.

This is a three-day long AM/PM tournament 

• AM WAVE: Athletes be at the court by 7am, games start at 8am.
• PM WAVE: Athletes be at the court by 2pm, games start at 3pm.

Hotel Information

Book your room thru THS if you are not booking a hotel then you need to submit an exemption request. https://ncva.com/staytoplay/

THS (Tournament Housing Services) will begin accepting hotel reservations/team blocks for the NVCA - Far Western National Qualifier '20 starting on Thursday, February 13th at 12PM . (Can not stress the time enough, be ready 12pm to book)

Please visit the website [www.thsweb.com] on Thursday to view live hotel availability and book your rooms for the event. We have attached booking instructions and will have Customer Support Specialists available in our Call Center [908-979-0928 or 888-536-8326] to assist you with any questions you may have.

PARENTS PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR TEAM MANAGER IN REGARDS TO THE HOTEL BLOCKS.

Team Managers need to set up the room block in THS

1. Managers, please go to the website to create an account before 12pm on Thursday.
2. On 2/13 at noon the rooms will go live, you will want to block rooms asap, the "good" hotels will go fast
3. Book a minimum of 1 QQ room per players plus a room for the coach

4. Since, this is a new company  we do not know what hotels will be offered. In the past we have stayed at the following (order of preference).

   Grand Sierra
   Silver Legacy
   El Dorado

5. You will need to use a credit card to hold the block. I have been assured through the THS representative I spoke to, nothing will be charged to the card. It is just to hold the block. If for any reason all rooms are not used in the block the extra rooms will just go back after our booking date has closed. Once the block is made you will receive a pass code to give to your team.
