NCVA MEMBERSHIP

When purchasing the NCVA membership please be logged into the guardian email account associated with your player. Select the child's profile when purchasing the membership. Please also be sure that your child’s gender is indicated, as it is required for the roster.

• Click on the player who will be receiving the membership
• Choose "Player / Athlete / Coach"
• Choose "Season" 
• Choose your child's membership (BOYS or GIRLS)

You are purchasing the NCVA Membership ($50) and the USA Volleyball Membership ($25) Total at check out is $76.48 

• If your player will turn 18 before 7/31/2024 >>> purchase the u18 membership, this requires you to complete a safe sport training class
• If your player will not turn 18 before 7/31/2024 >>> purchase the u17 membership

Athletes turning 18 during the season, whose teammates are minors, will be required to take “Core” Center for SafeSport Training upon turning 18. To prevent any disruption in playing eligibility, athletes turning 18 during the USAV season are given a membership that requires Safe Sport parental consent and SafeSport Training completion to be eligible.

1. Login at My.SportsEngine.com

2. On the left-hand side of the page, click the Household tab.

3. On the right side of the page, under your membership, click View Details.

4. Click on the name of the membership.

5. Next to SafeSport Certification, click Complete Training.

   • NOTE: SafeSport certification button will read based on the actual credential needed (ex., Complete Core Training)

6. Complete the required SafeSport Training.
