We know that participation in youth sports is an integral part of our students development and success in schools. Youth sports programs provide tangible rewards, including health benefits, enhanced academic success, learning life skills, improved attendance at school and achieving personal growth. During this pandemic, we have seen a huge decrease in participation in youth sports, as you can imagine for various reasons. If youth sports is in the child best interest, we don’t want anything holding them back. With that in mind, FCUSD has worked with our community partners to remove any financial challenges.   

The Rancho Cordova Athletic Association (RCAA), the Folsom Athletic Association (FAA) and our partnership with Every Kid Sports (everykidsports.org) have all pledged to support youth sports for students in the FCUSD.
