ABOUT

Volleyball has been apart of my life since I was in 7th grade.  Once my playing days were over, I knew I did not want to step away from the sport. From playing club and into my beginning phases of coaching I realized the amount of detail went into this game, and made me want to help others reach the skill and success I had playing volleyball, if not surpass it.

I grew up in Roseville playing in the local grass/sand tournaments with friends and teammates, played varsity volleyball at Woodcreek High, then went to Colorado Mesa University for college. In my first year at CMU, I ran the Men’s Club Volleyball program where we placed 3rd at Nationals. After running that program, I became an assistant coach for the DII indoor and beach programs. We won the indoor conference tournament my first year on staff and we became the first non-coastal university to make the Final Four at DII Beach National Tournament. While coaching at Colorado Mesa, I also earned a Master's in Sport Management and coached for some great clubs in the Grand Junction area. I am excited to take my knowledge and try and pass it along to everyone at Aspire Volleyball Club!
