Boys Fall Season 2021

u12-18 Power team compete in competitive Club USAV and AAU tournaments with the goal of earning a bid to Jr Nationals. In 2021, our 18 Titans finished 5th overall at the AAU Jr Nationals in Florida.

"Fall Season" teams play August - January and includes Power League and NCVA Jr National Qualifier (9 tournament days). Optional tournament, Las Vegas, So Cal or Utah.

Teams resume for "Summer Season" May-June/July after breaking for high school season mid January - mid May. Summer season includes West Coast Classic and Bay View Classic or June Jamboree. Jr Nationals for USAV or AAU (optional).

PRACTICES

2 days a week for 2 hours, arrive 15-20 minutes early and plan to stay 10 minutes after. Practices times can be as early as 3:30 and as late at 7:30. Times are usually consistent.  Practice sites assignments are not known yet, we anticipate a mix of all facilities.

Practices begin the week after tryouts August 16 - mid January

The Boys Fall Season INCLUDES NCVA Power League, Boys Far Westerns, AAU National Qualifier in Utah, Internal scrimmages

Below are some optional tournaments are NOT INCLUDED in the fees. Each team will have the option to add the following events to the team schedule.

• AAU National Qualifier, Utah Grand Prix, October 15-16 (AAU National Qualifier (Salt Lake)
• USAV National Qualifier (So Cal/Las Vegas)
• AAU Nationals June (Florida) (Summer Season)
• USA Nationals  July (Location TBA) (Summer Season)

*Qualifiers and Regionals are typically at a convention center, San Jose, San Mateo, Reno, Santa Clara, Capital Sports Center, Sacramento Convention Center. When we know we will post it.

*League Sites are determined by finish. Usually these are host sites like schools or private facilities. Can be close to home or as far as Fresno, Santa Rosa, San Jose.

*Far Westerns are usually the  January 8/9 but currently on the NCVA site it is showing as TBA

MEMBERSHIPS

• All players are required to have both AAU and NCVA Memberships. AAU is required for Tryouts, click here to purchase AAU membership ($14).
• After being selected to the team. you will receive an email to accept your club assignment with USAV/NCVA. This will walk you thru the steps to purchase your NCVA membership ($70).

TEAM FEES

All fees are paid online during the registration. Installment plans can be adjusted if requested. There are no refunds on team fees.
