In that Sports Engine app you can access the team schedule, practices and games, rsvp for events, chat with the team, send messages and read the news where you will find articles with everything you need to know/do to make it a fun and successful season.

With that said, SE sometimes isn't user friendly and ofter changes how it operates without notification.

TEAM CHAT

The team chat includes all parents and players. Players are not able to reply in the chat but they do have access to see them. Players who are added as a guardian will have access to replying in the chat. Players should not spam the chat, communication should be respectful and professional. Chats should be relevant to the team and appropriate.

TEAM CALENDAR/RSVP

All team events will be added to the calendar. Players should arrive 10-15 minutes early to practice to lace up and help with setup. Each event has an RSVP button, only "guardians" can update/reply to the RSVP, if you want your child to do this then they need to be added as a guardian. Coaches want to know if the player will be attending, so please rsvp. If you cannot make an event leave a note in the app and/or text your coach.

TEAM NEWS - Hotel/Travel information

We really strive to keep everyone informed and we know how fully your inbox is so we keep most of the team/club communication accessible in the app under the news icon (also can be found on the website). If your are looking for information this is the first place to go! If you have notification on you will get a message when an article is published.  The news section will have articles such as tournament information (hotels, spectator fees), instructions on how to get memberships, team results. So be sure to read them to keep informed. If you turn off notifications, you might miss something.

COMMUNICATION WITH COACHES

Coaches can be contacted via email anytime or by text 7am-10pm on a regular day, if it is a travel day and you were told to text when you arrive then the time is irrelevant. Coaches put in a lot of time and do their best to be accessible but this doesn't mean they are available 24/7. 

TEAM ROSTERS

Team pages are private on the website, information on the rosters can only be seen by the rostered members. Parent and players contact information etc can be found by clicking on the players name in the roster. To find coaches information click on the staff tab.

HELPFUL ARTICLES 

• Adding a guardian in the app or in dashboard  - Family members of an athlete can be added as "Guardians" to view the team schedule, RSVP to games and events, message team members, and edit the athlete's profile.
• Sync the calendar - for those that like to keep life organized on the calendar you can sync the team events to your home calendar
