  • Friday has a 3pm start time, players need to be on site by 2pm. Saturday 8:00am start time. We advise you fly in on Thursday, October 12th

Flight INFORMATION

• Flights are to be booked on your own, no group flights
• Arrive on Thursday or Early Friday morning, we play at 3pm on Friday
• Depart on Saturday after 6pm or on Sunday

• A rental car is needed for this trip. The venue is about 20 minutes north from downtown

HOTEL INFORMATION - Book by 9/10

This is not a stay and play but we would like to keep the teams together. I selected this hotel due to its proximity to the freeway and downtown. I didn't want to be downtown and pay additional parking fees. For those that have been to Utah a few times this is just a few blocks away from the Convention Center.

• We have a mix of rooms, Queen-Queen with and without Sleeper Sofa and King rooms with Sleeper Sofa, please book what works best for you, but if you don't need the extra bed please leave it for the guests that do.
• $159 a night, no parking fee
• Breakfast is on site, they have a buffet and full restaurant open at 6am. We have a discounted breakfast at $8 per guest available to those that want it.
