TRAVEL INFORMATION

• Arrive on Tuesday June 25, preferably by 8pm

• Departing flights should leave no earlier than 5pm on the last day of play
• Players should be dressed in the black aspire tee shirt (tryout/travel tee)
• All uniforms should be carried on the plane

Chaperoning 

Players that are traveling without a guardian can arrange to be chaperoned.  There are 2 ways to have your player chaperoned.

Print and Sign Travel Form

1. Arrange your own travel and room situation with another parent and work it out with them.
2. Club Chaperoned players are not the responsibility of "the Club" but we assist with travel and transportation of players to and from the airport/event. Players will share a room with 1 other player and be in an adjoining room to another parent. All expenses will be split by the players.
