PRACTICES

• 2 days a week for 1.5-2 hours. Team practices begin November 27th.
• Team practices are usually M/W or T/Th, but in November-January we will also have Sunday practices
• Practices may start as early as 4:00 and as late at 7:45
• Practice sites for Elite Teams will vary between Folsom and Rancho. Premier Teams will be in Folsom. 
  • Folsom Sports Complex - 66 Clarksville Road, Folsom
  • Folsom Middle School - 500 Blue Ravine Road, Folsom
  • Sport Courts Fitness - 3727 Bradview Drive, Sacramento (as needed)
• Positional practices will be schedule Friday-Sunday for 1.5 hours. These practices are included and recommended for players to attend.

COACHES

Our #1 priority is developing you to be the best player you can be, we strive to teach top notch skills in a positive and educational environment. All of our Coaches have experience coaching at the High School level, with most currently or formerly have been Varsity Coaches.  Our coaching line up for the 2023-24 Season

EXPECTATIONS

• ELITE/NATIONAL TEAM: Players on Elite teams view volleyball as their #1 commitment and make all efforts to attend all events and are often seeking to play at the next level. Players on Elite/National teams are required to attend all 3 days of the Junior National Qualifiers. Being on a Elite/National team means players make all efforts to be a supportive and committed team player. 
• PREMIER/REGIONAL TEAMS: Players on Premier teams typically have multiple activities ongoing which require them to balance multiple commitments to simultaneous activities. Players on premier teams are also players who are need further skill development before reaching a Elite level. Premier players are expected to attend all practices and tournaments with a focus on developing individual skills and contribute to the team by working hard and being a positive member of the team.

MEMBERSHIPS

All players are required to have AAU and NCVA Memberships. 

TEAM FEES

Team deposits are paid online during the registration. Deposit of $500 due at Commitment Night. Installments plans are available, plans vary by team with multiple options in the registration. There are no refunds on team fees. Sibling discounts are 10% off team fees. Email to request a sibling discount.

UNIFORMS

Uniforms are not included in the team fees.  A direct link to order will be provided at signing night. 

INSURANCE/REFUNDS

Reg saver is an option given during the team team registration. This is an independent service offered by Sports Engine and/or affiliates. Team fees are non-refundable by Aspire if you quit or are injured. Players who select the reg saver insurance will need to contact them to process any refunds.
