Tryout and Season Information
Pre-Tryout evaluation Clinics on 9/17, 9/24, 10/1 and 10/8 at Folsom Middle School:
-u11 and u12: 9:30-11:00am
-u13: 11:15-12:45pm
-u14: 1:00-2:30pm
Attend THREE clinics and tryout for FREE!
Tryout dates and times at Vista Del Lago High School:
- u11 and u12 10/13: 6:00-8:00pm
- u13 10/14: 10:00-12:00pm
- u14 10/14: 12:30-2:30pm
Make Up Tryouts at Vista Del Lago High School:
- All Ages 10/15: 1:00-2:30pm
The official signing day for our players gather to complete the required paperwork, meet the team and select uniform sizes.
- u15-18 Girls: August 2, 2023 at Folsom Sports Complex
- u11-14 Girls: October 18, 2023 at Folsom Sports Complex

Tryouts for Girls u15-18 teams: July 28-29th, makeup tryouts if needed will be on July 30th.
Pre-Tryout clinics: July 18, 19, 25 and 26
